Quantity Estimates
Using the QTO Tool:
Analyze -> QTO -> QTO Manager
Load your Pay Items
Perform Overkill on any polylines you plan on using, so you don't over count.
Select Polylines (for linear measurements)
Assign Pay Item
Make sure your units match exactly
